BASIC INTRODUCTION
Long distance overland flat turn belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses steel rope core conveyor belts as traction components. PRODUCT FEATURES
The long distance overland conveyor is a special type of belt conveyor that achieves long-distance and curved transportation. It can perform flat turns, as well as vertical convex and concave turns, forming a spatial curve. This is achieved by lifting the inner curve of the conveyor belt, adjusting the deflection angle of the idler, and using deep groove idler groups to generate an outward centrifugal thrust during operation to overcome the centripetal force of the conveyor caused by turning, ensuring the smooth operation of the belt during turns. By using a curved track, it can avoid obstacles or unfavorable terrain, and achieve the goal of simplying the system and saving investment by reducing or eliminating the need for intermediate transfer stations.

Technical Parameters: The entire line consists of three belt conveyors, with a total length of about 24km. The maximum length of a single machine is 10689m, with a bandwidth of 1200mm, a conveying capacity of 1800t/h, and a speed of 4m/s.

Technical Parameters: length 9800m, bandwidth 1200mm, lifting height -380m, transportation capacity 2200t/h, speed 4m/s, power 3 * 1000KW. The suspension bridge technology is used at the deep trench crossing along this line, with 10 consecutive spans and a maximum single span of over 100 meters. The maximum height of steel structure high supports exceeds 80 meters; The steel truss adopts a spherical grid structure.

Technical parameters: The entire line consists of three belt conveyors, with a total length of about 12km. The maximum length of a single machine is 7282m (horizontal center distance), with a bandwidth of 1200mm, conveying capacity of 1500t/h, and speed of 4m/s.
