PRODUCT FEATURES

The long distance overland conveyor is a special type of belt conveyor that achieves long-distance and curved transportation. It can perform flat turns, as well as vertical convex and concave turns, forming a spatial curve. This is achieved by lifting the inner curve of the conveyor belt, adjusting the deflection angle of the idler, and using deep groove idler groups to generate an outward centrifugal thrust during operation to overcome the centripetal force of the conveyor caused by turning, ensuring the smooth operation of the belt during turns. By using a curved track, it can avoid obstacles or unfavorable terrain, and achieve the goal of simplying the system and saving investment by reducing or eliminating the need for intermediate transfer stations.

Our company's belt conveyor has form the coal mine universal series,  the DT II & DT II (A) universal series, and the dedicated series for overland conveyor, flat turning conveyor, bi-directional conveyor, large inclined angle up and down conveyor, corrugated edge protection conveyor, as well as pipe conveyor (pipe diameter φ150~850mm).

The main components have been standardized and serialized.
