CONVEYOR ROLLER FULLY AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE
It can automatically cut and bore tubes, press fit bearing seats and bearings, weld, paint, spray paint, and package, achieving "no material falling to the ground and forming in one line". Automated production has significantly improved product precision, quality, and work efficiency.
CONVEYOR ROLLER PROCESS FLOW
The production cutting process adopts the mode of "Fixed Work-piece, Rotating Tool, and Radial Servo Feed", with a length error of ≤0.3mm and a cutting surface roughness of Ra6.3. After cutting, the robot precisely grasps the work-piece. The automatic boring process adopts the "simultaneous machining of the internal stop edges at both ends of the roller pipe body and the internal and external chamfering process", achieving a stop edge diameter accuracy of IT8 level, a roughness of Ra6.3, and a spacing error of ≤0.1mm. A dedicated device removes residual iron chips to ensure the cleanliness of the tube body.
The bearing seat is press-fitted using servo press-fitting technology, equipped with a dual-directional determination mechanism for displacement and pressure. The coaxiality error of the press-fitting spindle is ≤0.1mm, and the assembly pass rate is as high as over 99.9%.
The six-axis arc welding robot performs high-speed welding, while the automatic torch cleaning and wire cutting system regularly cleans the torch, sprays silicone oil, cuts the wire, and forms the weld seam. The robot transfers the work-piece to the next process, ensuring seamless connection in the production line and enhancing efficiency.
The roller shaft is precisely cut by an axle cutting machine, with a cutting length error of ±0.2mm and a surface roughness of Ra1.6μm.
The rotating speed for milling flat main shaft ranges from 0 to 3000rpm, enabling precise milling of shaft head slot flats, through flats, and drilling of radial holes. Hydraulic clamping ensures stable machining. The conveyor roller table transports the shaft material to the automatic storage rack, avoiding process congestion.

The double-ended CNC lathe, featuring a dual-spindle head and an independent dual-tool post structure, boasts a spindle speed range of 0-3000rpm. It is capable of performing tasks such as cutting circlip grooves, chamfering, deburring, and machining center holes. The external cylindrical tolerance at the shaft assembly reaches IT6 level, with a surface roughness of Ra1.6μm, and the coaxiality between both ends is maintained within 0.03mm.
After the roller body completes the shaft insertion, the servo press-fitting equipment press-fits the bearing to ensure precise and secure assembly. The sealing components are press-fitted according to set parameters to enhance sealing performance and prolong service life. The three-performance testing machine detects the rotational resistance, external circular run-out (≤0.3mm±0.1mm), and axial float of the roller. When the data exceeds the threshold, an automatic audible and visual alarm is triggered, and non-conforming products are sorted and placed in the rework area. Qualified rollers are packaged by a robot.
From the roller tube body cutting, boring and welding, to the roller shaft cutting, flattening and turning, and then to the roller assembly, inspection and packaging, the production line operates in an orderly manner , achieving fully automated production throughout the entire process.
