SPRING&IMPACT ROLLER TWO-STAGE IMPACT BED FOR BELT CONVEYORS

BASIC INFORMATION 

1. FUNCTIONS
Installed under the receiving area of the belt conveyor, it can absorb the impact of falling materials, thereby preventing damage to the belt and structure, preventing belt deviation, and helping to eliminate overflow phenomena. It considerably reduce the belt maintenance and repair costs, minimise conveyor downtime and increase productivity.

2. PRODUCT FEATURES
1) Adopting a two-stage buffering mode of reinforced impact roller group and spring group.
2) The impact roller adopts long life cast rubber, which is more wear-resistant.
3) The spacing between the roller groups is increased to prevent belt deviation and overflow.
