PIPE BELT CONVEYOR
BASIC INTRODUCTION
Pipe conveyor is a kind of special belt conveyor developed on the basis of trough belt conveyor. It can achieve closed transportation , effectively avoiding phenomena such as material leakage, spilling, dust, impurity mixing and rain and snow invasion etc. it has good sealing performance, low environmental pollution, large conveying inclination angle, and is suitable for complex terrain layout. It is easy to achieve plane and spatial turns, occupies small area, and can achieve bidirectional material transportation and other characteristics.

Technical parameters: pipe belt machine, pipe diameter Φ 500, with a deployment bandwidth of B1900mm, bidirectional transportation, a conveying capacity of 1500t/h (coal), a return conveyor of 500t/h (coke), a conveying distance of about 1.5km, and a belt speed of 2.5-3.5m/s. The circuit is relatively complex, with a flipping device at the head and tail. Centralized head drive, variable frequency soft start.

Technical parameters: The system consists of a 710m long curved belt conveyor and a 2900m long tubular belt conveyor.
Tunnel Industry
Contracting method: EPC method (general contracting for design, procurement, and construction)
Technical parameters: bidirectional transportation, conveying capacity of 5600t/h, return belt material of 600t/h (aggregate), conveying distance of about 20km, belt speed of 3-4.2m/s. The route is complex, crossing mountains and ridges. The machine head is set at 3 TBM+2 D/B working faces under excavation, with the largest scale and complexity in the world.
