Long-Distance Overland Belt Conveyors are a specialized type of belt conveyor that enables long-distance curved transportation. They can achieve flat turns, as well as vertical concave and convex arc turns along with flat turns, forming spatial turns. By raising the inner curve of the conveyor belt, adjusting the angle of the idler roller's inner curve, and using deep groove idler sets, the conveyor generates an outward centrifugal force to overcome the centripetal force caused by turning, ensuring the smooth operation of the conveyor belt during turns. These conveyors are essential for efficiently transporting materials over long distances with curves.
