FILLING SCRAPER CONVEYOR
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The suspended solid filling scraper conveyor is particularly important for mines mining in the "three down" coal seams. By replacing the security coal pillars left in the original working face with solid filling, it not only maximizes the recovery rate of coal resources, prolongs the service life of the mine, reduces the complex lifting process and environmental pollution caused by stones, but also avoids the problem of ground subsidence and collapse.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
This scraper conveyor mainly consists of a head transmission part, a middle groove, a discharge groove, a telescopic tail, a scraper chain, etc. It has the following characteristics:
1. The bending performance of the entire machine is good. Vertical bending should not only meet the changes in the height of the working face, but also adapt to the height changes of the lowering and lifting of the hydraulic support when moving. Horizontal bending should meet the requirements of the pushing step distance when moving the hydraulic support.
2. The connection strength of the entire machine is high. The middle groove adopts the form of cast groove and wear-resistant medium plate assembly welding, and the groove is connected with forged dumbbells, meeting the strength requirements during frame movement, reducing maintenance costs, and improving service life.
3. The middle plate of the middle slot adopts an overlapping movable plug type, with two push cylinders on each side. The push cylinder controls the extraction and insertion of the movable plug plate to complete the filling of materials.
4. The scraper chain adopts a medium double or edge double structure, while the circular ring chain adopts a high-strength compact chain. The scraper is made of high-strength materials and undergoes a heat treatment process of overall tempering and quenching at both ends. Then, the two ends are welded with wear-resistant layers, ensuring the strength, stiffness and wear resistance of the scraper and improving its service life.
5. The tail is a telescopic tail, which adopts a compact hydraulic tensioning and mechanical locking type telescopic mechanism to facilitate the adjustment of chain pre-tension, ensuring that the chain is moderately tensioned and in good meshing with the sprocket, greatly reducing the occurrence of chain jumping and biting accidents, and effectively improving the service life of the sprocket and chain.
