PROCESS FLOW INTRODUCTION
1. ROLLER BODY
a. The roller pipe adopts automatic cutting machine, with no deformation or chips when cutting the pipe body; The perpendicularity between the fracture and the pipe is high, and the parallelism between the two ends is high;
b. The roller pipe adopts special boring machine, which can simultaneously bore both ends of the roller pipe where bearings are installed, with high coaxiality; complete the end face flatting and interior angle cutting in one go;
c. Patented Technology of A Reducing Diameter Process: completely eliminates wear on the conveyor belt, greatly imporves the coaxiality of the idler, and effectively reduces the jumping and rotating resistance of the excircle.
d. Anti-rust Painting on the inner wall of the supporting roller: ensure good corrosion resistance.
2. ROLLER SHAFT
Use a slot flat double end milling machine to synchronously process the slot flat at both ends, ensuring that the slot flat of the roller shaft is symmetrical.
3. BEARING
a. domestic and foreign first-class brand roller bearings;
b. semi-automatic quantitative filling of low-temperature lithium based lubricating grease, eliminateing the need for further filling in the future, and has good cold resistance.
4. SEALS
There are Lybarinth sealing structure or the composite sealing structure for choice.
5. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Adopt automatic pressing, ensuring the overall assembly accuracy of the supporting rollers.
6. WELDING
Adopt fully automatic mixed gas shielded welding, with good welding seam quality and high welding accuracy; equipped with dust removal devices, which is safe, efficient, environmentally friendly and healthy.
7. COATING
Adopt a dust-free sealed and environmentally friendly automatic coating line, realizing the automatic loading & unloading, coating, palletizing, packaging, and the harmless treatment of exhaust gas, making it the first environmentally friendly roller coating line in China to automatically load and unload parts.
QUALITY CONTROL MEATURES
1. STANDARDS
All performance indicators meet or exceed the requirements of MT821 "Technical Conditions for Belt Conveyors Used in Coal Mines" and GB/T10595 "Technical Conditions for Belt Conveyors".
2. TESTING
Utilize multiple roller testing equipment to inspect the radial runout, rotational resistance, axial load, waterproof, dust-proof, and drop performance of the rollers, ensuring their high performance.
