 V-type UHMW Polyurethane Tail Cleaner for Belt Conveyors

 

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION 

1.  Mainly used to clean the materials adhered to the non-bearing surface of the conveyor belt at the pulley of the belt conveyor, ensuring the cleanliness of the conveyor belt and preventing large materials from sticking between the pulley and the conveyor belt, causing damage to the equipment.
2.   Using a unique shaped scraper, the leading edge of the scraper can quickly and effectively scrape up debris and moisture and clean them out of the conveyor belt.
3.  The scraper is made of polyurethane material, which is wear-resistant, has a long service life, and low replacement cost;
4.  The high-strength, corrosion-resistant rigging screw buckle can accurately, conveniently, and quickly adjust the horizontal position of the cleaner, ensuring that the cleaner is always in the best cleaning state.
