HIGH-END BLASTING SCRAPER CONVEYOR
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Our company has newly developed high-end blasting and mining machinery equipment for blasting and mining working faces and we have applied for a patent on January 12, 2012. This series of products is between fully mechanized mining and conventional mining. It is supported by hydraulic pillars and pushed by a sliding device to shovel coal, improving the degree of mechanization and automation, saving labor to the maximum extent. Compared with ordinary scraper machines, it reduces labor by about half, reduces labor intensity, and increases coal output, ensuring the blasting and mining of lump coal.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
1. The wear resistance and connection strength of the entire machine are high. The baffle groove and shovel plate groove of the middle groove are cast as a whole, made of ZG30MnSi material. The middle plate is made of NM360 high-strength wear-resistant plate, and the middle grooves are connected by forged dumbbell pins, meeting the strength requirements during movement and extending the service life.
2. The middle groove is in the form of cast welded bottom sealing, and the length of a single section of the chute is 1 meter. It is lightweight and easy to handle, while maximizing the flexibility of the entire machine and increasing the sliding distance.
3. Equipped with cutting pillars and hydraulic sliding devices, it can accelerate the advancement and increase the production of the working face,reduce the density of working face pillars, thereby reducing the intensity of manual labor; Save pit wood, reduce the use of individual hydraulic props, and increase production value.
