THIN COAL SEAM SCRAPER CONVEYOR
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Thin coal seam scraper conveyor is a working face conveying equipment developed based on the occurrence characteristics and mining technology of thin coal seams. As a flagship product of the company, it has undergone several generations of development and has formed a series of products, characterized by compact structure, low operating resistance and high reliability. The central groove adopts a compact low groove design, which can effectively reduce the height of the coal mining machine after being matched with the coal mining machine. By improving the positioning accuracy between grooves, supporting a compact chain and a lightweight thin scraper, the running resistance of the scraper chain is effectively reduced. Equipped with an electric machine and reducer developed by Liwei Thin Coal Seam, under the same transmission power conditions, the height of the head and tail can be reduced by more than 100mm, effectively solving the problem of triangular coal at the head and tail. It can be matched with thin coal seam shears from well-known domestic manufacturers and is currently developing towards high reliability, large haul distance and intelligence.
