Scraper transfer machine
There are two types of scraper transfer machines used along the groove: the rolled middle groove assembly type and the overall welded box type structure, to meet the needs of different users. The trough transfer machine with an integral welded box structure has the advantages of easy installation and maintenance. The overall service life (coal throughput) can reach 400000 to 10 million tons.
The scraper transfer machine for the slot has formed a series. The installed power ranges from 40 to 700 kW, the slot width ranges from 630-150mm, and the conveying capacity ranges from 400-4000i/h °
Under the condition that the working face groove condition is met, the conveyor machine is equipped with a belt conveyor tail self moving device and a conveyor conveyor step self moving device to achieve continuity in the mining operation of the working face. That is, the conveyor conveyor tail and conveyor are moved forward during the coal mining operation.
